You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24h, if the order hasn't been shipped yet.

After 24h and up until the point when you receive a shipping confirmation email you may cancel your preorder but a Cancellation Fee applies. The cancellation Fee is 20% of the value of your preorder before taxes. 

After your items have shipped cancellation is not available anymore.

After the leftover sale closes on Sunday, cancellation is not available anymore. 


As a limited-run project, we, unfortunately, do not accept returns. 



Orders can be undeliverable and returned for various reasons and treatment of returned items will depend on the reason why the order was returned. 


If the order was undelivered because we created the wrong address label we will cover the costs of sending replacement items.

If the order was undelivered because the buyer provided us with an incorrect, insufficient, or outdated address the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of re-sending. 


If you fail to claim your parcel from Customs or Post Office and it gets returned to us we'll get in touch to arrange a second attempt.

The buyer is responsible for covering the re-shipping costs of unclaimed items. 

Any purposefully unclaimed items are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds. 

Please, ensure you pay for any outstanding customs and VAT fees in case these are requirements for receiving your parcel. Items returned because of unpaid customs and duty fees are treated as unclaimed.



We cover one re-shipping after we confirmed that the address you provided was correct. 

If further attempts are needed buyer is responsible for covering every next shipping attempt and 50% of their order surcharge applies to cover the cost of items and handling. 



If you are unhappy with the conditions your items arrived in we will send one replacement on us. After that, you will have to cover the shipping cost of the third attempt. The fourth, and last, attempt to ship your items will have to be done by a private company with express-tracked shipping, the costs of which will be covered by you. 

If you receive damaged or otherwise faulty items please contact us and make sure you include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item(s) and your preorder number. 

"Almost perfect", B and C grade items are not eligible for replacement.



Mail can be delayed or otherwise disrupted due to various factors, from extreme weather conditions to new COVID-19 outbreaks. You can see the current status of your country here. In the event that your country closes to receiving international mail down the road, we'll get in touch with you and discuss your options. Should your order need to be refunded because of the country closure, we will refund you your preorder in full (no cancellation fee will apply).


To arrange cancellation or report missing or damaged items use the CONTACT form on this website or email us directly to Make sure you include your order number (which will be listed in your order confirmation email). Please include photographic evidence of damage/imperfections. 


In order to deliver your order we have to have access to some of your private information like email, phone number, name, and address. We will only share these with third parties involved in order fulfilment, namely Hrvatska pošta and their shipping partner who will handle your post. Their shipping partners should be national postal services as a rule. You can check their respective Privacy Policies on how they handle your data. If you have a shipping company you strictly don't want us to use leave a check-out note request. We do not sell nor otherwise share your private data with any other parties. 

We may use your email to send you marketing emails, but these will only be to alert you of our Pre-orders or Leftover sale opening. You can opt-out of these at any point by replying to the marketing email you receive. 

We retain order history data for our personal reference and planning of future projects and your private information is attached to your order. After 6 months have passed since your last order, you may request we delete your private information from our record. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange this. 

If you're only purchasing digital items, you're welcome to provide placeholder letters that are not your true physical address or telephone number. We only need an accurate email to deliver your order.
